Triple layer textile for a superior protection

At Francisco Jover S.A. we have developed a fabric to manufacture reusable and approved hygienic masks for a superior protection against COVID-19.

The new TripleMask by Jover fabric is designed with a triple layer, combining the highest level of protection and air filtration possible with the highest level of breathability possible. This makes the reusable hygienic masks made with our fabrics very safe, but also very comfortable and useful to wear for long days.

The Jover Group is an official textile masks manufacturer authorised by the Ministry of industry, trade and tourism - Government of Spain. You can find more info here.

The side of the mask in contact with our face is 100% cotton to guarantee comfort and a natural feeling, without chemicals in the finishing process to avoid irritations and allergic reactions. The central layer is responsible for filtering and the outer layer, made of 100% PES, makes the customization possible.

The global composition of the fabric is a mixture of synthetic, artificial and natural materials: 49% Polyester, 34% Cotton and 17% Viscose.

This fabric can be washed as long as it lasts. AITEX verified that it maintains its properties after at least 5 washing cycles. AITEX, an internationally recognized and homologated textile institute, AITEX, an internationally recognized and homologated textile institute.

It is available for purchase in rolls, in white color.

Reference number 35301/29 - TRIPLEMASK C REUSABLE WHITE and there are two different widths:

• 03 width of 140 cm – 25 m rolls.
• 04 width of 20 cm – 6-packs of 25 m rolls.

It will also be available for customization through our Custom digital printing service.

Reusable Homologated Mask 6-Packs

With this fabric you can directly make the masks ensuring that the textile combination is homologated and meets the Standard.

CUSTOM Homologated Masks

We have a mask customization service, we can make any design and there is a MOQ.

The design of the mask will be charged separatedly and the amount will depend on the difficulty of it.

Our TripleMask C fabric has been certified by AITEX, an internationally recognized and homologated textile institute. It meets the requirements in the Norm ‘UNE 0065: 2020 specification Reusable hygienic masks for adults and children. Materials, design, manufacturing, marking and use’ and in the Norm ‘UNE-EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019’:

• Washable material: it allows domestic washing at 60ºC (regular washing machine cycle)
• Unwashed material tests: Filtration efficiency (BFE); 91.5% (section 5.2.2 of the UNE-EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019 Norm), Breathability 43.0 Pa / cm2 (section 5.2.3 of the UNE-EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019 Norm)
• Material tests after washing machine cycles: Filtration efficiency (BFE); 94.6% (section 5.2.2 of the UNE-EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019 Norm), Breathability 42.0 Pa / cm2 (section 5.2.3 of the UNE-EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019 Norm)

This fabric can be washed as long as it lasts. AITEX verified that it mantains its properties after at least 5 washing cycles.

This product is a hygienic mask, it is not a personal protective equipment (PPE) or a medical device. Regarding the care, use and maintenance of the mask, it is recommended to clean and disinfect before use. It can be washed and disinfected with normal detergent and water at 60º (regular washing machine cycle). You can use a tumble dryer on low temperature and iron on low temperature as well.
