DIGITALIZA-CV -IMPLEMENTATION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE COMPANY´S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM -

FRANCISCO JOVER, S.A. Through the financial support of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) through the DIGITALIZA-CV Program, it has obtained the following grant for the digitization project that it has carried out and that has also had the support of the European Union for having been selected the project in PO FEDER of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.

To make production more flexible and offer a personalized quality product, without mistakes and with short lead times, the company has been provided with the necessary means to be able to manage information accurately and in real time, both in commercial aspects, to manage demands, such as in production, to be able to execute prototypes and orders in the factory, as in quality control. Specifically, the implementation of a new ERP quality control module that the company already has, along with a monitoring module to optimize ERP processes, has been carried out. In addition, updating the software has ensured the stability and reliability of the computer system.

On the other hand, in terms of improving coordination between warehouses and the commercial department, the following actions have been carried out: Implementation of an operational module for warehouse and inventory control, automation of the system of physical locations of the final product in finished product / footage warehouse, improved customer service through the development of the virtual product catalogue, improvement of the virtual decorator already implemented through the implementation of multiple 3D views and implementation of a management module for the JoverDecó and Ka Decó unit products.

FRANCISCO JOVER, S.A. has been significantly improved the management of the company's processes, generating new business proposals through the different sales channels and brands, and the quality of the information transmitted to the customer has improved significantly and with them improved quality from service.

FRANCISCO JOVER, S.A has obtained a grant for a digitization project through the financial support of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) from DIGITALIZA-CV Program. This project has also the support of the European Union, through the project PO FEDER of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.

The project consisted in a custom development to measure different models for the ERP of Francisco Jover, SA, notably improving the quality of the information, combining speed and flexibility, optimizing the production planning in order to balance workloads and minimize possible human mistakes.

On the other hand, highlight that the connection of the web services tool between the ERP and JoverDecó has been carried out. With this tool implementation, the information obtained is in real time from the stocks of the different warehouses, status of orders, status of the customers portfolio, commercial controls, samples sent and invoiced, etc.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOMPENT OF MULTILAYER PRODUCTS TO HOME TEXTILE

CDTI PROJECT

DECOtexLAM project developed has been funded by CDTI and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

This research and development project began in June 2018 and has ended in September 2019, was aimed manufacturing multilayer fabrics for home textile sector through the lamination process. The project was structured in two distinct lines, functional outdoor fabrics and sound absorbing indoor fabrics, linked by the application of the lamination process as a nexus, although the second line included the use of sueding processes as an alternative way to expand the range of products to develop.

In the outdoor fabrics, laminated fabrics with water-repellent properties have been obtained by applying hydrophobic films, in fabrics with different structures and in the same base fabric which drawings were laminated. The second line of research has focused on obtaining interior fabrics with the ability to absorb sound to improve the quality of the environments.

Research work of DECOtexLAM project has been able to provide added value to the products developed, through the application of the lamination process incorporating new raw materials for outdoor fabrics and the process of laminating and / or sueding for sound absorbing fabrics, which will allow the company to increase the portfolio of products it offers and be part of more technical and specific market niches.
